Job Description

As an events coordinator assistant, you'll provide administrative and logistical support to event planners, including tasks like vendor coordination, event marketing materials, and event setup/tear down. Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Coordination:

Assist with finding, contacting, and coordinating with vendors (caterers, venue staff, etc.).

Logistical Support:

Help with tasks like venue research, booking, and managing event schedules.

Marketing & Promotion:

Contribute to the development of event marketing materials (flyers, emails, etc.).

Event Setup & Tear Down:

Assist with setting up and tearing down events, ensuring a smooth and organized environment.

Administrative Support:

Maintain event documentation, manage budgets, and track expenses.

Problem Solving:

Independently resolve minor issues and ensure the event runs smoothly.

Communication:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with vendors, event staff, and clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
