It has grown exponentially with strong unit economics and is now looking to expand its team across multiple roles.About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events across various locations in the Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula). This role is key to enhancing Fitelo's brand presence, engaging with the community, and supporting operational goals through seamless event execution.Specifically, this role will involve:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for events such as fitness camps, wellness workshops, brand activations, and partner collaborations.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, nutrition, fitness, and design) to align event goals with business objectives.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and local partners for event setup, permissions, and on-ground requirements.
• Handle end-to-end event execution including scheduling, resource management, and team coordination.
• Ensure timely availability of all necessary materials (branding, kits, merchandise, etc.).
• Track and report event performance, feedback, and ROI metrics to improve future events.
• Travel across locations in Tricity as required.

• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or field marketing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field work and traveling across Tricity.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with event tools is a plus.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is acceptable
