Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Event Coordinator Intern based in Mumbai to support our offline stall setup and on-ground event operations. If you perform well, there is an opportunity to take up more projects or transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage offline stall setups across Mumbai Communicate with vendors, venue teams, and internal stakeholders Oversee logistics, material movement, and event-day execution Ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of all event requirements Report daily updates and on-ground insights
Requirements:

Must be based in Mumbai Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to handle on-ground responsibilities and multitask
Immediate availability
