What You'll Be Doing
Your role will be a blend of creativity, coordination, and on-ground magic
Assist in planning and executing events--from ideation to wrap-up
Coordinate with venues, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
Craft timelines, budgets, and checklists ( your new best friends )
Support on-ground event setup, guest management, and backstage coordination
Manage client updates, feedback loops, and follow-ups
Bring fresh ideas to elevate every event's experience
Ensure every event runs smoother than the opening act of a grand show
Bonus Points If You Have

Knowledge of event trends, decor styles, social media, or creative design tools
Experience in hospitality, marketing, or operations
A flair for communication and presentation
A natural ability to stay calm under pressure
