Vendor management: Booking and coordinating with vendors, including caterers, entertainers, and audio-visual teams. On-site execution: Supervising the event on the day of, managing staff and vendors, and ensuring the schedule is followed. Client and stakeholder communication: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, and providing updates on event progress.
