with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in planning and executing events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing events from conception through to completion, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for attendees, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events (corporate, promotional, social, etc.)
Liaise with clients to understand objectives and requirements
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
Handle event logistics including venue setup, staffing, catering, AV, and more
Coordinate event promotion and marketing in collaboration with internal teams
Prepare and distribute event materials, invitations, and post-event surveys
Supervise on-site event staff and ensure smooth event execution
Address any issues or last-minute changes efficiently
Conduct post-event evaluations and generate reports for improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
2-3 years of proven experience in event coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
Preferred Skills:
Creative problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and customer-focused approach
Experience in digital/hybrid event planning is a plus
Knowledge of social media marketing tools
