Job Summary



We are looking for a

Campaign Event Coordinator

to plan and manage promotional events, product launches, and dealership campaigns. The role involves handling event logistics, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring brand-aligned execution to drive awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities



Plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotions from start to finish. Manage venue booking, vendor coordination, logistics, and supplies. Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective event execution. Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations. Conduct post-event analysis and prepare reports on performance and ROI. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align events with brand strategy.

Requirements



Minimum

2 years of experience

in event coordination, event planning, branding, or campaign management. Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Creativity with attention to detail.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
