Event Coordinator
to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating unforgettable events.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are delivered flawlessly.
Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for logistics, production, and services.
Supervise event setup, on-site operations, and teardown.
Ensure events are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Handle last-minute changes and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Prepare event reports and gather post-event feedback.
Maintain strong professional communication (verbal & written) in English.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in event coordination or management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in
spoken and written English
.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in hospitality-based event execution.
Knowledge of event management tools/software.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
