We are looking for energetic and responsible

Event Coordinators

to manage and execute BeastDrive popup events, adventure activities, and on-ground promotions in their respective cities. The coordinator will be responsible for

planning, setup, execution, and crowd handling

to ensure smooth and successful events.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute BeastDrive popup events and on-ground activations Coordinate with local vendors, mall management, and authorities for permissions Manage stall setup, branding, and basic logistics Handle participant registrations and on-ground lead generation Manage volunteers and ground staff Ensure safety, discipline, and smooth crowd flow Share daily event reports (leads, photos, videos, issues) Represent BeastDrive brand professionally in the city
Requirements

Good communication and people-handling skills Local city knowledge and contacts preferred Ability to manage pressure during live events Willing to work on weekends and holidays Interest in fitness, adventure, or sports events Prior event experience is a plus (Freshers can also apply)
