About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Event Coordinator Intern

who can confidently interact with the public, collect reaction videos, and support our event activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, creating engaging video content, and helping execute on-ground promotions for Beast Drive.

Key Responsibilities

Approach and engage with the public during events Collect

, reaction clips, testimonials, and short interviews Assist in planning and coordinating Beast Drive promotional events Ensure smooth flow of event activities and manage crowd interaction Support the marketing team with on-ground branding and setup Work with the media team to share raw footage and ensure timely uploads Maintain a log of collected videos and participant details (if required) Help in executing fun engagement activities with participants

Skills Required

Excellent communication and public-interaction skills Confidence to speak with strangers and capture their reactions Basic understanding of smartphone/video recording Energetic, outgoing, and camera-friendly personality Ability to handle on-ground challenges during events Good teamwork and coordination

Preferred Qualifications

Students from Event Management, Media, Communication, or Marketing Prior experience in events, anchoring, or public interviews (optional)
