Set up online registration forms and ticketing systems
Send event reminders, updates, and personalized messages to attendees.
Address guest inquiries and provide event details (location, schedule, dress code, etc.).
Facilitate digital check-ins using QR codes, or event management apps, etc
Troubleshoot any issues related to guest entries or missing confirmations.
Provide post-event reports on attendance and feedback to improve future events.
Coordinate with marketing teams for event promotions and follow-ups.
