Job Summary
Brihaspati Welfare Foundation is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Event Coordinator Intern
to join our team. In this role, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, manage communication with participants and partners, and support the smooth operation of our initiatives. This internship offers valuable experience in event management, teamwork, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating events, workshops, and activities.
Communicate with participants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Manage event logistics, registrations, and schedules.
Support on-ground execution during events.
Maintain records and provide reports after events.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in event coordination (preferred but not mandatory).
