Event Coordinator Intern for

3 months

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Event Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and follow-up of events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to ensure smooth coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the planning and execution of corporate, internal, and external events.

Coordinate logistics including venue booking, vendor management, travel arrangements, and on-site support.

Maintain event timelines, checklists, and budgets.

Prepare event-related documents, proposals, and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint.

Track and manage databases, attendee lists, and reports using Excel.

Handle email communication, scheduling, and calendar management through Outlook.

Support marketing and communication efforts related to events (emails, invitations, social media coordination).

Provide on-ground assistance during events to ensure smooth execution.

Collect post-event feedback and prepare evaluation reports.

Requirements :

0-2 years of experience in event coordination (internship/fresher experience acceptable).

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.

Flexible to travel and work beyond standard office hours during events.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
