We're now looking for a
detail-oriented, energetic, and customer-friendly Event Coordinator
to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute birthday parties, corporate events & weekend activities.
Coordinate with parents, vendors, mascots, activity staff, and cafe team.
Ensure smooth flow of the event from entry to exit.
Handle client expectations, queries, and on-ground requirements.
Lead kids' games, engagement activities, and transitions between zones.
Maintain BotFit's quality standards, safety, and event checklists.
Take feedback from clients and work towards continuous improvement.
Support in daily operations during non-event hours.
