Key Responsibilities:
? Pitch to incoming leads and convert them into successful record attempts
? Coordinate and process event-related documents, logistics, and adjudicator assignments
? Act as a central point of contact for internal departments and the record holder/team
? Maintain detailed data of all event-related activities using Excel/Google Sheets
? Coordinate with the media team for promotion, press releases, and event coverage
? Conduct thorough internet research for content, venue options, or promotional
opportunities
? Ensure timely follow-ups, planning, and smooth execution of each record event
Qualifications & Skills:
? Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Communications, Media, Marketing)
? 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, client handling, or media-related roles
? Fluent in English (spoken and written); Hindi proficiency preferred
? Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail
? Excellent internet research and communication skills
? Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
? Ability to multitask and coordinate with cross-functional teams
