We are seeking an energetic and organized Event Coordinator to plan, execute, and oversee our events. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our photography/videography teams.
Gather detailed event information from clients, including venue, schedule, guest count, and special requests.
Assign photographers and videographers to events based on location, team availability, and event scale.
Coordinate with external vendors for add-ons such as drone coverage, LED screens, live streaming, and more.
Create and manage event timelines to ensure smooth execution and coverage.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure team coordination and client satisfaction.
Collect post-event feedback and prepare reports to improve future services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
0-1 year of experience in event coordination, client servicing, or related fields.
Strong organizational and client management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems under pressure.
Familiarity with wedding venues, local vendors, and photography/videography trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a love for visual storytelling.
