What You'll Do

1?. Cafe & Venue Partnerships

Scout cool cafes and venues across Delhi NCR

Build genuine, long-term relationships with cafes, colleges & communities

Make sure every venue matches the signature CCC vibe

2?. Events, Events, Events

Plan and execute smooth, buzzing chess meetups

Lead volunteers & on-ground crew with confidence

Manage registrations, logistics, flow & guest experience

3?. Marketing & Outreach

Engage with student clubs & local communities

Boost participation through consistent outreach

Promote merchandise and build the "chess lifestyle" culture

4?. Sales & Growth

Convert walk-ins, inquiries & social leads into participants

Achieve revenue & attendance targets

Analyse performance and level up event-by-event

5?. Coordination & Admin

Keep participant lists, payments & documentation tidy

Coordinate with venues, team members & vendors

Maintain trackers, checklists & reports

Based in Delhi NCR A people-person with great communication skills Energetic, reliable & obsessed with making things happen Comfortable with social media & community outreach Sales-oriented and target-driven Excited to be part of the fastest-growing chess movement in NCR

Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
