Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, social functions, and special occasions.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements.
Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring cost control and quality standards.
Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for venue, catering, decor, entertainment, logistics, and other services.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations throughout.
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities for events (social media, email campaigns, etc.).
Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and on-site registration.
Handle all event-related communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving during the event.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
