We are looking for a dynamic and organized professional to join our team as an
Exhibition & Events Executive
. The ideal candidate will manage exhibitions, coordinate event setups, handle branding/promotional activities, and ensure smooth execution of all event-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage company participation in exhibitions, expos, and trade shows.
Coordinate complete event setup including booth installation, branding materials, and logistics.
Manage vendor coordination for printing, fabrication, transport, and equipment.
Ensure all promotional and marketing materials are ready before the event.
Oversee on-ground event activities and ensure smooth execution.
Maintain inventory of exhibition materials and branding assets.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for event requirements.
Post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance analysis.
Ensure brand visibility and high-quality presentation at all events.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in exhibitions, events, or marketing coordination (preferred).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and vendor management skills.
Willingness to travel for exhibitions across India.
Knowledge of printing materials, branding, or stationery industry is a plus.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
