The Event Coordination Associate will work directly with the Director to support planning, coordination, and execution of the BAI two-day event in November. This is a 3-month contractual role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Director in event planning and day-to-day coordination.
2. Draft and manage mailers, invites, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and participants to ensure smooth execution.
4. Handle scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation related to the event.
5. Maintain proper records and reports for the Director's review.
6. Support logistics, registrations, and on-ground arrangements during the event days.
7. Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external delegates.
8. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Director related to the event.
