Title Hospitality Manager Location Ahmedabad, Gujarat Qualifications & Experience Bachelor\'s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in event coordination or management, preferably with large-scale events. Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in event management software and tools. Knowledge of renewable energy and sustainability concepts is a plus. Role Requirements Develop and implement a comprehensive event plan for Solar Fight Night, including timelines, budgets, and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define event goals, themes, and desired outcomes. Communicate with the event sponsors and partners to support the event. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all event-related services and products are in place. Research and select suitable venues for the event, considering capacity, location, and technical requirements. Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost-efficiency. Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to generate excitement and maximize attendance. Coordinate with the marketing team to create event materials, including flyers, posters, and digital content. Coordinate participant registration, ensure their needs are met, and provide support throughout the event. Welcome and assist guests, addressing inquiries and concerns. Oversee event schedule, ensuring all activities and performances run smoothly. Manage event staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed. Implement safety protocols and emergency plans to ensure the well-being of participants and attendees. Gather feedback from participants, sponsors, and attendees to assess event success and areas for improvement. Prepare post-event reports and analyze key performance indicators. Promote and incorporate sustainable practices, such as renewable energy and waste reduction, in event planning and execution.
