The selected interns will work closely with our event management team, assisting in planning, coordination, and execution of various corporate and social events.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the event management team for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Assist in vendor communication, logistics, and event setup.
Support the team in preparing event materials and documentation.
Help in maintaining records, purchase lists, and client requirements.
Participate actively in on-ground event coordination when required.
Requirements:
Smart, energetic, and willing to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English (Malayalam and Hindi will be an advantage).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel if required.
