Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage events from planning to execution, ensuring seamless delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and timely updates.
Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their requirements and providing personalized solutions.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, managing timelines, vendors, and internal teams efficiently.
Execute cold calling and lead generation to support event acquisition.
Manage stressful situations calmly and professionally, ensuring smooth event operations.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure flawless event execution.
Maintain records of client interactions, event details, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Candidate Profile:
1-2 years of prior experience in event coordination and handling, preferably within the event industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage stress and solve problems proactively.
Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven mindset.
