Handle
vendor negotiations
, cost estimates, and budget control
Supervise on-ground teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
Ensure brand guidelines and campaign objectives are met
Prepare post-event reports with photos, videos, and performance insights
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
BTL marketing /event management
Strong vendor network and support base
Good communication and client-handling abilities
Ability to work on-field and under pressure
Basic knowledge of branding materials, fabrication, and logistics
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Background in
Event Management, Brand / Product activations
Experience handling
corporate and brand activation events
Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours when required
