- Event Management & Branding Production Executive (Entry Level)

Position: Event Management & Branding Production Executive Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-time (Entry Level) Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience & knowledge) Age Requirement: 24 - 34 years

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of events, branding activations, and production activities. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth operations. Handle on-ground event setup, branding installations, and logistical arrangements. Support the team in client servicing and delivering event requirements within timelines. Maintain and update production reports, cost sheets, and vendor lists in Excel. Prepare and support presentations in PowerPoint for client pitches and internal planning. Manage movement and delivery of branding/event materials across Kolkata. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with attention to detail and problem-solving.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

Other Requirements:

Must be well-versed with Kolkata geography. Should possess a two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory). Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in event/branding/production preferred.
