Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive

Event Planner

to

curate, execute, and manage events end-to-end

Key Responsibilities

Curate and conceptualize events

, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand vision

Execute and manage events end-to-end

, from planning and vendor coordination to on-site operations and post-event wrap-up

Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and budgets

Manage and negotiate with vendors (venues, catering, decor, AV, logistics, etc.)

Track timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations

Key Skills Required

End-to-end

event managing, planning, curation, and execution

Strong

vendor network and negotiation skills

Budget management, logistics, and operations handling

Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and on-ground execution skills
