We're Hiring: Event & Community Manager | Remote | Do you have the drive to build India's most founder-friendly event and community network? AY Ventures runs a fast-growing community of 7,500+ startup founders--and we're just getting started. We're looking for someone who can lead offline & online events, build deep founder engagement, and scale our network city by city. Key Responsibilities: ? Own and grow the AY Startup Community across WhatsApp, LinkedIn & other platforms ? Plan & execute high-impact founder events in metro cities (and beyond) ? Develop community engagement plans to keep conversations active and valuable ? Partner with co-working spaces, accelerators, and ecosystem enablers ? Work closely with internal teams to drive lead generation from community initiatives What We're Looking For: ? 1-3 years of experience in event management or community building ? Strong on-ground execution skills--can manage vendors, partners, and logistics ? Comfortable with digital tools like WhatsApp groups, Slack, Zoom, and Notion ? Someone who uses automations to save time and scale community efforts.
