Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate pre-owned vehicles accurately based on market value, condition, and company guidelines
Conduct physical inspection, test drives, and documentation verification of vehicles
Generate leads for pre-owned car sales through walk-ins, referrals, and existing customer database
Explain vehicle features, pricing, and finance/insurance options to customers
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals in line with company policies
Coordinate with sales, finance, and documentation teams for smooth delivery
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, leads, and conversions
Follow BMW and Titanium Autos standards for customer experience
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to maximize conversion
Support exchange and buy-back processes
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in used car evaluation and sales (premium brand preferred)
Strong knowledge of automobile valuation, market trends, and documentation
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, evaluation tools)
Valid driving license (mandatory)
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
Automotive background will be an added advantage
