Role Overview

ISIEINDIA is looking for a

qualified and experienced EV Trainer

to deliver high-quality training programs in

Electric Vehicle technology

. The trainer will be responsible for

content creation, training delivery, assessments, and candidate counselling

, ensuring learners are industry-ready.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery

Deliver

EV training programs

through classroom (PPT-based) and practical sessions. Explain EV concepts clearly, including

basic EV systems, components, safety, and applications

. Conduct engaging and structured training sessions in

Odia language (mandatory)

.

Content Creation

Develop and update

training content

, presentations, manuals, and practical guides related to EVs. Customize content as per

student level, course requirements, and industry standards

.

Assessment & Evaluation

Conduct

tests, practical assessments, and evaluations

to measure learning outcomes. Maintain assessment records and provide feedback to improve trainee performance.

Training Operations

Ensure

training quality, discipline, and adherence to safety norms

. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of training programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in

Electrical / Mechanical / EV Engineering

or relevant field.

Prior training or teaching experience

(mandatory). Strong understanding of

Electric Vehicle concepts and systems

.

Fluency in Odia language

(speaking and teaching) is mandatory. Good communication skills and confidence in

training delivery

. Ability to create and deliver

structured PPT presentations

. Strong mentoring, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Profile

Experience in

skill development, vocational training, or technical institutes

. Exposure to

EV labs, workshops, or industry projects

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
