JD Overview

The Service Technician is responsible for the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of service operations. This includes managing inventory, inspecting and analyzing vehicles and equipment, troubleshooting issues both in the field and at the hub.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance, periodic maintenance, breakdown maintenance on field & Hub. Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers problems and provide accurate repair recommendations over the phone Inspect vehicles according to the scheduled plan requirements for the safety of the vehicle. Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives for the quality checks Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety. Servicing the vehicles on customers location on time to time basis. Managing the inventory in Hub and reduce the spares consumption by reworking and refurbishing the spares.

Required Skills and Tools

ITI/ Diploma/ Min 2 Year of Experience in Automobile Service Industry. Hands & experience on the EV vehicles are an additional advantage Ability to operate all auto repair tools Willingness to participate in in-house training Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment is a must.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
