We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate

EV cum Service Technician Trainer

to join our Skill Development Training Institute. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs on

Electric Vehicle (EV) technology, servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and safety protocols

. The role involves imparting practical hands-on knowledge, preparing students for industry certifications and ensuring they are job-ready to meet the growing demand in the EV and automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

:
1. Design, develop and deliver training modules on:

Electric Vehicle fundamentals and technology EV motor, battery, charging systems, and controllers Preventive and corrective maintenance of EVs Diagnosis and troubleshooting techniques Safety standards, tools, and best practices General automotive servicing (2W/3W/4W)
2. Conduct classroom sessions, workshops and practical lab training.

3. Use modern training aids, simulators and industry tools to enhance learning.

4. Assess trainees through assignments, practical demonstrations, and evaluations.

5. Stay updated with latest EV technology, trends, and industry standards.

6. Collaborate with curriculum designers to improve and update training content.

7. Mentor and guide trainees towards certification and employment readiness.

8. Maintain training records, feedback reports and assessment results.

9. Ensure adherence to safety protocols during training activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,015.38 per month
