Store Supervisor

Department: Stores & Logistics Department

Reporting To: Store Head / Plant Manager

Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram (Sector - 3), Haryana - 122050

Salary: Up to ?30,000 (As per company norms)

Job Purpose:

To oversee material handling, inventory control, and timely issue for production.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise material receipts, storage, and issuance. Maintain stock accuracy through ERP updates. Ensure FIFO system and safe material storage. Coordinate with purchase and production departments. Conduct periodic physical stock audits.
Technical Skills Required:

ERP and Excel proficiency for inventory management. Knowledge of EV parts and consumables storage. Good understanding of material movement processes.
Behavioral Competencies:

Discipline and attention to record accuracy. Strong coordination and time management skills.
Preferred Background:

Experience in EV or automotive store operations. Background in warehouse management preferred.
Growth Opportunities:

Potential to grow into Store Head or Inventory Controller roles. Opportunities to handle multiple store units.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
