Production Manager (EV Division)

Department: Production Department

Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Manager

Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram (Sector - 3), Haryana - 122050

Salary: Up to ?50,000 (As per company norms)

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage EV manufacturing operations ensuring safety, quality, and timely output.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute production schedules for EV assembly and testing lines. Manage manpower allocation and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Maintenance teams for product efficiency. Monitor KPIs and prepare daily production reports.
Technical Skills Required:

Knowledge of EV assembly operations and lean manufacturing. Experience with EV powertrain, motor, and battery processes. Proficiency in production planning and control systems.
Behavioral Competencies:

Leadership and decision-making ability. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Strong communication and team coordination skills.
Preferred Background:

5-8 years in EV or automobile manufacturing setup. Experience leading a team in assembly or production environment.
Growth Opportunities:

Potential to grow into Production Head / Plant Manager roles. Exposure to multi-line EV production management.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
