Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment:
Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for European job opportunities.
Build a network of potential job seekers through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Maintain a database of candidates and match them with suitable job openings.

Visa & Immigration Coordination:
Guide candidates through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with European immigration laws.
Assist with documentation, eligibility checks, and application submissions.
Coordinate with visa agencies, embassies, and legal teams when necessary.

Employer & Client Liaison:
Work closely with European employers and staffing agencies to understand their hiring needs.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide updates on recruitment progress.

Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure candidates meet the legal and visa requirements for working in Europe.
Verify and process necessary documents such as job contracts, visa applications, and work permits.

Market Research & Strategy:
Stay updated on European job market trends, visa policies, and labor laws.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:
