Europe Visa Recruiter

is responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting candidates who seek employment opportunities in Europe. The role involves coordinating with employers, candidates, and visa processing teams to ensure a smooth hiring and immigration process. Experience in

Europe visa processing

is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment:



Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for European job opportunities. Build a network of potential job seekers through job portals, social media, and referrals. Maintain a database of candidates and match them with suitable job openings.

Visa & Immigration Coordination:



Guide candidates through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with European immigration laws. Assist with documentation, eligibility checks, and application submissions. Coordinate with visa agencies, embassies, and legal teams when necessary.
?

Employer & Client Liaison:



Work closely with European employers and staffing agencies to understand their hiring needs. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide updates on recruitment progress.
?

Compliance & Documentation:



Ensure candidates meet the legal and visa requirements for working in Europe. Verify and process necessary documents such as job contracts, visa applications, and work permits.
?

Market Research & Strategy:



Stay updated on European job market trends, visa policies, and labor laws. Develop recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers from various countries.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



?

Education:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
?

Experience:



1-3 years

of experience in international recruitment, preferably for Europe. Experience in

Europe visa processing

is a plus.

Skills:



Strong understanding of

European work visa categories & immigration laws

. Excellent

communication and negotiation

skills. Ability to

multitask

and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong

networking skills

to build a pipeline of potential candidates. Proficiency in

MS Office

and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Languages:



Fluency in

English

(mandatory).

Preferred Qualities:



? Prior experience in a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
? Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
