The Europe Recruitment Coordinator will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for European countries, including sourcing, CV shortlisting, candidate coordination, and placement. This role ensures smooth communication between candidates, clients, and the internal recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist CVs as per European client requirements.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessments, and documentation.
Maintain regular communication with European clients regarding recruitment needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement.
Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met for overseas hiring.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for various roles in Europe.
Prepare and share recruitment status reports with management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience in overseas recruitment (Europe hiring preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of international recruitment processes and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
