Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Europe Education Counselor

with strong knowledge of study options in countries like

Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, France, Italy, and other EU regions

. The ideal candidate should have experience guiding students through admissions, applications, and visa processes for European universities.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on European study programs, universities, courses, and career opportunities. Manage the complete application cycle -- shortlisting, documentation, application submission, and follow-ups. Guide students on financial requirements, visa procedures, and timeline planning. Maintain strong communication with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings. Achieve monthly targets for applications, conversions, and admissions. Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and student progress in CRM. Stay updated with European education policies, university intakes, and scholarship information.

Requirements

2-3 years

experience as a Study Abroad / Europe Counselor. Strong knowledge of Europe admissions and visa processing. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle high-volume student inquiries. Target-driven, positive attitude, and strong follow-up skills. Experience in education consultancy preferred.
