EUC Device Management Role Description # Perform all IMACS#installs, moves, adds and changes activities including, repair, management and maintenance # Provide user device, server side and remote support including diagnostics and mission critical s upport, for server and network infrastructure, support for LANs, Servers and Communications devices within SLAs # Excellent technical skills on Windows OS, Wifi VPN, LAN WAN, Printer, Anti-Virus, Common Software Support, Android IPad, O365, MAC, Wind ows migration, imaging, GPO, SSO MFA, Audio Video, patches and Active directory technical support # Image upgrades updates along with Root cause analysis for desk side software and hardware support, including break and fix, install, moves, adds, an d changes including warranty and non-warranty break-fix services # Handling Priority or Key customers on a regular basis and providing technical support and escalation management # First point of contact for problem resolution, Major incidents and s upport with Change management # Support onsite, remote, dispatch, Kiosk and depot field support as per customer requirement # Create update SOP, KBA, documentation and perform analysis on shift-left candidates and top volume drivers # Ensuring pr ocess improvement through analysis, reviews, and reporting, as well as through automation, competence building, knowledge sharing and other organizational changes. # Managing shift-handovers and passing on consistent updates within the team and outsi de the team Should have: # An Engineering bachelor s degree and 1-4 year of professional work experience is required # Sound knowledge of ITIL framework and Service operations # Excellent Technical troubleshooting skills # Any technical certificatio n MCSA, A , ITIL etc., would be an added advantage # Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written # People and Customer). # Strong organization, follow thr.
