Key responsibilities :

Product Listing Management:

Uploading new products, writing descriptive and SEO-optimized titles and descriptions, and ensuring all product information is accurate and complete.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining and updating inventory levels on the Etsy platform to reflect stock availability.

Photography and Editing:

Taking high-quality photos of products and using photo editing software to retouch, color-correct, and enhance them for listings.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Researching and incorporating relevant keywords to improve the visibility of product listings in search results.

Customer Service:

Responding to customer inquiries, managing messages, and providing support.

Social Media and Marketing:

Assisting with social media marketing efforts to drive traffic to the Etsy store.

Required skills and qualifications:

Etsy Expertise:

Previous experience working directly with the Etsy platform is mandatory for many roles.

Photo and Video Skills:

Ability to use photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop) to edit and enhance product images is a significant advantage.

Writing Skills:

Strong command of English, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive product descriptions.
