Job Description

Job Summary:

The ETP/STP Operator manages the daily operation and maintenance of effluent and sewage treatment systems, ensuring wastewater is treated in compliance with environmental standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor treatment plant equipment and processes. Perform regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery. Handle chemicals and ensure proper dosing for treatment. Collect samples and perform basic water quality tests. Maintain records and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Adhere to safety protocols in the workplace.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training preferred). 1-3 years of experience in wastewater treatment. Basic knowledge of water treatment processes and safety standards. Certification in wastewater treatment may be preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in various environments and lift heavy objects.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
