Our SAP Practice offers a complete range of services - from business case development and system design to configuration, testing and deployment .SAP offerings include - SAP ECC, CRM, SRM, ICH, Portal, Net weaver, BO, SAP Development and BASIS & Infrastructure and covers all functional areas and industry verticals.

Work you\'ll do

The primary role of a Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients\' competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable. To do this, one must perform the following activities as a Manager within the firm:

SAP VIM technical Professional:

As a manager for SAP Opentext (OT) VIM, you should be a functional expert in Opentext VIM and knowledgeable in business processes of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and other SAP functional modules. It will provide an challenging opportunity for the person to design, architect the SAP/OT product VIM to suit our customer needs. You should act as a mentor and act as an SME for VIM. This role gives opportunity to gradually learn other P2P products such as Ariba, Coupa etc. You should be willing to travel within India and globally.

Primary roles and responsibilities of this role:

Technical Knowledge:

• Experienced VIM professionals with at least 7+ years of relevant experience
• Should have worked on at least 3 end-to-end full-fledged VIM implementations. Support experience is not preferred
• Demonstrated experience in Helping clients optimize their Accounts Payable (AP) processes in SAP using OpenText\'s Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution.
• Experience and configuration knowledge in VIM - bolt on, Invoice Capture Center, Open Text Archive Server, and SAP AP, AR, GL.
• Expertise on various channels OCR, email channel, manual upload, etc
• Expertise on approvals, CoA, Expense types
• Expertise on auto derivation of attributes like GL account, Cost centre, etc during Non PO
• Experience in handling end to end Invoice processing for PO, Non PO and downpayments
• Experience with implementing Optical Character Recognition solutions strongly preferred, and especially OpenText\'s OCR solutions
• Should have experience of SAP VIM Fiori apps- Standard and custom.
• Understand the complex requirements of customer, analyze options, and build a foolproof architecture & design
• Conduct formal blueprinting workshops from small to larger groups to elicit detailed requirements
• Ability to take complex requirements and either match them to out-of-box capabilities or achieve a final design through minimal customization of the VIM solution
• Weigh the pros/cons of potentials design options with clients and guiding them to consensus on a go-forward, optimized AP solution design
• Ability to review a client\'s existing VIM implementations, identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, and creating recommendations document
• Work alongside with cross functional teams to contribute and deliver the projects both in collaboration as well as Individually
• Configure /customize the VIM application based on the customer needs
• Should be good in preparing SoWs, provide accurate estimates, Build PoCs as needed for the customer context
• Test the solution and troubleshoot any issues and resolve on time
• Able to lead a small team, mentor and guide for deliverables
• Working knowledge of systems integration practices including configuration, customization, and integration
• Strong understanding of the cloud software development lifecycle including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
• SAP ABAP programming skills highly desired
• Basic understanding of in installation and set-up of VIM components such as archive server and database, IES/ BCC is an added advantage.
• Functional knowledge of SAP MM, FICO, SAP S/4 Hana and OOPS is additional advantage

Quality Management:

• Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards
• Clearly articulate delivery process and deliverable expectations
• Incorporate an appropriate level of quality audits and testing, into every project phase
• Regularly review consultant work including but not limited to project deliverables such as BBP, Functional specifications, technical specifications etc., provide improvement feedback, and drive accountability, to deliver committed work on time and as specified
• Conduct \'lessons learned\' reviews and provide feedback, to improve future performance
