We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ETP/STP Engineer to manage the design, installation, operation, and compliance of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Water Treatment Plants (WTP). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in water and wastewater treatment processes, along with hands-on experience in plant operations. Key Responsibilities1. Design & Engineering Develop detailed mechanical, civil, and electrical designs for new ETP, STP, and WTP projects. Prepare technical proposals, process flow diagrams, design calculations, and system descriptions. Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet regulatory and client specifications. 2. Installation & Commissioning Supervise the installation of treatment plant equipment and systems. Oversee the commissioning process, including testing, calibration, and troubleshooting issues during plant startup. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate installation. 3. Operation & Maintenance Manage day-to-day operations of ETP/STP/WTP facilities. Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and performance checks of plant equipment. Implement safety procedures and ensure adherence to operational standards. 4. Monitoring & Compliance Monitor water quality parameters and maintain accurate records of treatment performance. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reporting as required by authorities. Required QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience Practical experience in operation, maintenance, or design of water/wastewater treatment plants. Experience requirements may vary depending on the seniority of the position.
