ETP OPERATOR

Operate and monitor the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to treat and purify wastewater from various manufacturing processes. Perform regular checks on the ETP equipment, including pumps, valves, blowers, filters, and chemical dosing systems, to ensure proper functioning. Adjust and regulate process parameters, such as flow rates, pH levels, temperature, and chemical dosages, to maintain optimal treatment efficiency. Conduct regular sampling and testing of effluent to assess the effectiveness of the treatment process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels of chemicals and consumables used in the treatment process. Handle and manage the safe storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous waste in accordance with environmental regulations. Troubleshoot and diagnose operational issues or equipment malfunctions, and perform corrective actions or coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs. Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including process parameters, chemical usage, and effluent quality. Collaborate with regulatory authorities, environmental agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and permits. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself, coworkers, and the environment from potential hazards associated with ETP operations.

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification is typically required. Previous experience as an ETP Operator or in wastewater treatment operations is preferred.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
