To operate, monitor, and maintain the ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and DM (Demineralization) Plant ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant treatment of effluent and water as per statutory norms for bottling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Regular operation and monitoring of ETP, RO, MEE, and related units.
Check and maintain pH, TDS, COD, BOD, DO, and other effluent parameters.
Ensure proper functioning of chemical dosing, aeration, sludge handling, and filtration systems.
Maintain logs of readings, treatment levels, chemical consumption and effluent discharge
.
Operate DM plant units including softener, carbon filter, micron filters, and resin beds.
Monitor conductivity, pH, and hardness of treated water as per plant requirement.
Regenerate resin beds as per schedule and maintain proper regeneration chemical dosing.
