Responsibilities include operating and monitoring the Effluent Treatment Plant, maintaining logs, checking water quality, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and assisting in smooth running of plant operations.

Operate and monitor the

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

to ensure compliance with environmental norms. Check

inlet and outlet water quality parameters

and maintain records. Carry out routine

operation of pumps, blowers, agitators, dosing systems, clarifiers, and filtration units.

Handle

chemical dosing (lime, alum, PAC, polymers, etc.)

for effective treatment. Monitor and maintain

biological treatment processes

(aeration tanks, sludge handling, etc.). Conduct regular

testing of pH, TDS, COD, BOD, turbidity, and dissolved oxygen.

Perform

preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

of ETP equipment. Ensure

safe disposal of sludge

as per statutory requirements. Maintain

log books, shift reports, and statutory compliance records

. Coordinate with the

Environment/ESG team

for audits, inspections, and documentation.

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environment Engineering (preferred). Fresher SSC/HSC/ITI/Diploma candidates can also be considered (with basic ETP knowledge).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
