Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
ETP Operator
to manage and maintain our Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in water and chemical treatment processes within a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the ETP system to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Manage chemical dosing, sludge handling, and water recycling activities.
Conduct regular checks on pH, TDS, COD, and other parameters as per regulatory norms.
Maintain daily MIS reports and documentation for audits.
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth ETP functioning.
Ensure timely preventive maintenance and upkeep of ETP equipment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / ITI / B.Sc in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in ETP operations within a manufacturing or processing industry.
Strong knowledge of
chemical handling, water treatment processes, and waste management protocols.
Proficiency in maintaining
MIS and log records.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
