Expert in L1/L1.5 production support

Expert in application management

Expert in Dynatrace, grafana, service now

Ability to drive P1/P2 bridge calls

Expertise on Informatica tools (Developer, Manager, Monitor)Expertise in identifying performance issues, blocking sessions and working on SQL tuning.Performance tuning at Informatica and Database level.

Able to identify the errors and fix the failures in Informatica.Able to fix the failures related to data issues in table and source files.

Debug, troubleshoot, root cause analysis and resolve issues within SLA in InformaticaExperience in SLA compliance, Batch Job Monitoring, and Mentoring Jr members.

ITIL certified

5-8 years of experience in above fields
