ETL/ODI Lead (Enterprise Data Engineer) Location: Remote Experience: 9+ years
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ETL/ODI Lead to design, build, and optimize large-scale data integration and warehouse solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (development/administration/tuning), Oracle Data Warehouse, Oracle Database performance, advanced SQL, and Python automation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement robust data pipelines consolidating data from multiple enterprise sources Develop, orchestrate, and optimize ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Build and manage ODI objects (topology, models, mappings, packages, load plans, KMs) and agents Write, review, and optimize advanced SQL/T-SQL/PL-SQL for performance and scalability Develop Python scripts for orchestration, data validation, and automation of data workflows Monitor and tune ODI jobs and DB performance; ensure SLA adherence and reliability Implement data quality, lineage, and governance best practices Collaborate with data architects, BI/analytics teams, and business stakeholders to deliver curated datasets Maintain documentation (runbooks, design specs, lineage, data dictionaries)
Required Skills & Experience

9+ years as a Data Engineer (or similar), with strong, recent ODI experience Deep knowledge of Oracle Data Warehouse architecture and performance tuning Strong Oracle Database expertise (indexes, partitioning, optimizer, materialized views) Advanced SQL and Python for data workflows and automation Experience with data modeling, ETL design patterns, and large-scale batch/near-real-time loads Familiarity with API-driven extraction and automation for ETL orchestration Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis across ETL and database layers
Preferred Skills

Oracle Exadata, multitenant/pluggable DB experience Exposure to cloud data platforms (OCI preferred; AWS/Azure good to have) Experience with scheduling/orchestration and CI/CD for data pipelines Understanding of data governance frameworks, privacy, and security controls (encryption, masking)

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
