Understand business requirements, data models, and transformation rules to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL processes.
Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of ETL workflows and data pipelines.
Identify, document, and track data quality issues, discrepancies, and bugs using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Client ALM.
Work closely with ETL developers, data engineers, business analysts, and DBAs to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
