Job Description

Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and testing.


Validate ETL processes and enterprise data models, ensuring data accuracy and quality.


Test and validate data warehousing solutions using tools like IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) and Snowflake.


Design and maintain test plans, test strategies, and estimation documents.


Create and maintain test data and track defects using tools like JIRA.


Validate visual analytics reports using tools like Looker and perform different types of tests on BI dashboards.


Identify, manage, and resolve defects during testing cycles.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate ETL testing activities.


Contribute to the planning and execution of testing in Agile environments.


Required Qualifications:


Extensive experience in writing complex SQL queries for data validation.


Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.


Hands-on experience with ETL tools like IICS and data platforms like Snowflake.


Proficiency in understanding data models and ETL architecture.


Experience in RDBMS like MySQL or similar databases.


Strong ability to create and maintain test plans, test strategies, and estimations.


Proficiency in defect tracking and test data creation using tools like JIRA.
