Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Informatica Developer with 3 to 5 years of primary experience in designing, developing, and implementing ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Key ResponsibilitiesETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL workflows, mappings, and transformations using Informatica PowerCenter to support data integration and data warehousing initiatives. Data Integration: Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements. Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability, including tuning mappings, sessions, and workflows. SQL Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support ETL processes and data validation. Oracle EBS R12 Support: Extract and transform data from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 modules, ensuring accurate integration with downstream systems. Data Quality: Implement data quality checks, error handling, and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including database administrators, BI developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end data solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data models, and system integrations. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve ETL job failures, performance bottlenecks, and data issues in a timely manner. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Informatica best practices and data integration techniques.

Required QualificationsExperience: + 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter (version 9.x or higher) in designing and implementing ETL solutions.
+ Strong secondary experience with SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning in relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
Technical Skills: + Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter components (Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Repository Manager).
+ Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, PL/SQL, and stored procedures.
+ Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 table structures.
+ Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and star/snowflake schemas.
+ Understanding of data integration best practices, including incremental loading, change data capture (CDC), and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD).

Education: + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
